PJS Direct ensures a transparent refund process to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Cash payments will be refunded by cheque.
• Handling or transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Conditions for Refund

• Items must be returned in saleable condition and with original packaging.
• Refunds will only be issued once the product has passed our inspection.
